I love ancient Egypt stuff, too. There is a pretty good collection at the Cleveland art museum, of all places.
Now those are definitely antiques! And the history behind them is always so fascinating, too.

I saw some of the Egyptian exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC when we visited this summer. Some of the pieces are so colorful and amazing to know how they did the color and how on earth did it last all these years.
I thought only royalty were treated like that: that is nice that it was others, too. Those are great shots.
A visit to ROM is one of the family trips we've been planning. Been there once (dating days).

Those are really nice photos. I like the Egyptian Arts also. I think it's the lines. Lots and lots of neat lines.

We have visited the ROM a couple of times. Hubby & I made it a point to visit when they had the "ETERNAL EGYPT" Exhibit 2 yrs. ago. Very fascinating. Ancient Egyptian History is a subject we are so crazy about!

I have 4 (replica) canopic jars on my dresser in my bedroom, which is decorated like an Egyptian tomb!
