On the Road Again
Hi folks! Guess where in the world Wald... errr Angelo is now....
here's a clue.... EXCELSIOR! sure is purdy down here....
oooooooo.....
aaahhhhhh.....
oooohhhhhh..... oh crap!....thank Zoom-Zoom for ABS... another one.... Okay, after driving by a total of 7 ditched cars, the last of which was an SUV turned over on its roof, I decided to stop taking pictures and focus on the road hehe... safety first!
okay, one more....
Whew, DO NOT take Route 17 in the winter.... my 8 hour drive turned into a 10 hour drive because of icy roads, white out conditions, and down-right treacherous driving.... I need a massage this morning....TECHNORATI TAGS: winter driving

Sounds and looks like a nightmare, Angelo. Glad you survived it.
Puss-in-Boots: Thanks Robyn, I'm hoping the drive home will be less of an ordeal.
Hmm... where is that?
But I am glad that you are safe.
Have a nice weekend. :)
Hi! I'm Grace: Thanks Grace, it's not that far from Michigan, sort of....
Hi, Angelo. That's quite an adventure. I love driving so much I won't hesitate mimicking this kind of adventure given much time.
I thank God you're safe and well until you reached your destination. Be safe always especially that you'll be driving again back home.
By the way, I'm also doing drive and snap even when I was still using a film SLR.
Ah, did I say these are all gorgeous photos? Compositions are typical of drive and snap photos which I always admire...
wow Angelo, camwhoring while driving is such a talent! lol
i miss being here, sorry for being so lost these past weeks. hehehe
Keep Safe
Infraction !!! Hahahaha, I still couldn't do two things at the same time if we talk about driving. I can do multitasking at home but this one is a BIG NO !! Katakot, I am not yet an experienced driver !
Well, at least I know you are alright and you're talented co'z the shots are amazing ! There are no blur photos :D !
Dodong Flores: Hey thanks man. Ya it was scary driving, but that couldn't stop me from taking pics, I'm just glad they turned out!
Christian Bryan: Hey man, nice to see you again. Thanks and hope you're doing great!
Haze: Oui Haze, you caught me! INTERDIT! hehe... sorry I couldn't help snapping a few shots, it was just too beautiful out there not to take pictures. I guess when you get enough driving practice you'll be doing drive by photo shoots too :)
KA (Kuya Angelo), I thought I've commented here already. Di pa pala. The road is scary! Be careful when driving and taking shots at the same time, ok? Be safe always. :)
A few weeks ago, my friends and I did something foolish in SCTEX (newly constructed expressway in the North connecting Subic, Clark and Tarlac). Buti di kami hinuli ng highway patrol. lol.
Mel: Hey Mel! I like that abbreviation :) Thanks, but don't worry, the snow in NY is nothing to what we're used to up north :) But stopping on the highway to take pictures, now that's crazy! Just wish me luck that it doesn't snow for my trip back home.... it's still pretty stressful.
oh!im always late...better late than never! :)
i love the view, the trees covered with snow, although its so gloomy naman.
and yeah, the road is so slippery...im glad that you`re safe,Angelo!ingat na lang and enjoy your trip!
