Broken

Photo Theme. Join the blogroll. Visit participants.

This is a picture of BROKEN ice on the surface of Lake Ontario. I braved some pretty frigid temperatures to grab that shot! Winter's really come back with a vengance. Luckily, the groundhogs had some good news about spring last week.

I've been so busy, I didn't get a chance to play last week, so I'm adding a very late entry for GROSS:
Check out where this bus is going to at 20:50. I've always thought that that was a pretty gross name for a train station!

Happy Photohunting Folks!

He, he the bus stations name is really funny !
Broken ice, what a good idea ! I had quite my difficulties to find something broken. But then I thought about the ruins in Turkey I had seen, and there of course a lot of things are broken !

Oh good I can leave a comment for you. Blogger isn't letting me leave comments where I have to put in word verification, because it's not bringing the actual verification up!

Anyway, Angelo, it was very brave and noble of you to risk life and limb to bring us the photo of broken ice. Well done, thou brave and faithful servant...lol!

That looks cold enough to freeze your eye to the camera or a tongue to a flagpole. Did you have to get out there in a boat? That would be a bit scary, what if one of those jagged pieces of ice rammed a hole in the wooden boat? OK, I am shivering and my nose just went icy! If only we had a fireplace.

Great photo. Oh it must be cold! Happy weekend.
